  • HOW OFTEN ARE SESSIONS?

    This can depend from person to person and on your needs for therapy. Sessions typically are every week or every other week at the same time to maintain consistency. We will discuss frequency of sessions in our first meeting and make a plan together.

  • HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?

    Individual sessions are $150 for a 50 minute session.

  • HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

    Sessions are typically about 50 minutes.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

    I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance provider to see if you may be able to get reimbursed for sessions. Not all insurance providers or plans reimburse for out of network providers. It is best to contact your insurance company to inquire further.

  • WHAT IS A THERAPY SESSION LIKE?

    Therapy sessions are unique for each person. It is important to me to design your session in a way that is beneficial to you. We will discuss at the start and throughout therapy what works best for you. Some people benefit from sessions where they can just talk and process openly. Others prefer to have creative and expressive outlets to utilize in therapy. One of my strengths as a therapist is creating sessions that are individualized to your needs.

  • HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

    You can get started by calling, emailing, or filling out the contact page on my website. I will respond between 24- 48 hours. We will schedule a phone consultation to make sure I can meet your needs and goals for therapy. If it is a good fit then we can schedule an intake session.

  • DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS?

    Yes! I offer video and phone sessions. Virtual sessions are a great option for people with busy schedules or people who prefer to attend therapy in the comfort of their own space. I am licensed to practice in Missouri so you just have to be in Missouri during sessions.
